Oberlo & CJ working well together?

I have read that there are problems with people getting the tracking numbers due to the Shopify code. If you use Oberlo & CJ Dropshipping in the same Shopify Store. That this happens even if you have the product set for the correct source of shipper to use. Is this still a problem and should Oberlo & CJ Dropshipping not both be used in the same Shopify Shop running together?
