Problems tracking CJ Packet

I am starting to get a lot of problems tracking CJ Packet shipments. Can't even track them on cjpacket.com

Anybody else with similar issues?

Have customers asking where their items are and I cant check even though they got dispatched over a week ago, some two weeks.
