Sourcing and posting

Is anybody having issue with cj dropshipping? i order item on 3/4/20 and wait till 2 week to shipped. than got told that 1 items is not available and they found another supplier and it take 5 to 6 days. after 5 to 6 days i got told that i have to wait for 3 to 5 more days and when i say i will wait i got told made mistake and we don't know when we will get that item so they can send other items and i can dispute for backorder item and get refund. so i agree with that and ask for send other items and i got tracking number same day for that which is not showing any tracking history yet.
