Platform and Business address on packaging

Hello, just two questions.

1- Has the platform ZenCart been considered for CJ? It's the one I use and currently, I would have to do all the orders manually, which for me, is really not a big deal but it brings me to my second question.

2- With other dropshippers, when they send the package to the client, the actual address on the package is the one of the business, not the dropshipper. It's something I talked about with my agent and she was going to pass the idea along because it's not a service that CJ provides at the moment. Is there a possibility of CJ doing this anytime soon? Because, going back to my 1st question, I can't even do the custom packaging because I can't authorize my store platform.
