What’s wrong with CJ PAKET

This is now the second time within the last days that this happened! My tracking from CJ Packet just started again from the beginning. I ordered on may 3rd and on may 8th it arrived in the US. Today I look in my tracking and it says may 14th CJ has picked up the shipment. Are you kidding me CJ? This is now the second time this happens! Last time my agent didn’t believe me because I didn’t had proof. Since that day I started to screenshot Every tracking I have and that every day! Now it happened again and I have the proof. My agent don’t reply to me and doesn’t help me! So please CJ Elite help me!! How can this happen?! Please look in the screenshots to see the proof. Especially look at the date which is on the tracking. Did that happened to anybody else ??
