Recently there are some posts to complain for their bad experience at CJ Dropshipping. First of all, we want to apologize about your bad experience here.
For the past two months, we all had hard days. Because of the COVID – 19, there was a severe problem of package backlog in the local logistic warehouse and customs clearance, the shipping time had a bad delay, and the shipping cost keep increase. Some packages stocked at Hongkong or The Republic of Korea for really long time. Every day we are pushing them and trying to do our best try to solve the problem. Every agent and all the team are keep eyes on them, worry about them. Apply pressure for them. We are doing our best, we understand the shipping time is still too long, and really sorry about that.
Also, because the shipping cost increased too much, so we carried out sea transportation, the CJ Packet-Sea with cheaper shipping cost. And at the beginning, we been told the shipping time is about 35 days by our logistic, so that’s also what we told our clients. But unfortunately, too many people chose this shipping way, so it had bad delay, form 30 days to 60 days.
We will really appreciate for everyone’s criticism. Your suggestions are really valuable for us. We will face these problems seriously, draw a lesson.
Because of all clients’ suggestion and criticism, we keep learning from you and improved a lot. At first we can only process thousands orders, cooperate with several clients, till now, we can process one hundred thousand orders and cooperate with thousands clients every day.

Because now the relationship between China and USA is in a sensitive stage, so the customs clearance time might be longer than normal, and USPS have package backlog problem, there might have a little delay, so if you really worry about it, you can also choose to purchase some personal stock in our US warehouse.
