Setting item location Location

My eBay account just got flagged and from what I can tell it was down to incorrect item location (postcode) so when tracking was added it didn't always go from the same location in China as I stated, so I'm dropping aliexpress and focusing on cj dropshipping in future so how do I avoid this, is there a set location used by cj dropshipping for our listings.
