As a short answer YES. The long answer involves an analysis of your margins, conversion rates, and sales funnels. Here is how I would calculate if you're dropshipping business can scale:

1. Take your monthly ad spend— this is how much you can spend on ads per month whether on FB, Google Adwords, or whichever medium works best for you. Over time you should see which traffic source converts best.

2. Take your CPC (Cost per click) this is how much cost you to drive someone from one of these ad networks to your website.

3. Visitors to your site— Divide your monthly ad spend by your cost per click so ad spend/CPC

4. Conversion rate 1— let's start high and say you somehow get a 2.5% conversion rate on your eCommerce website! Now take this conversion rate and times this by how many visitors you get to your site.

5. Conversion rate 2— Test as many conversion rates as you want. This one let’s say 1%. Take this conversion rate and times this by how many visitors you get to your site.

6. A number of sales— your visitor's X conversion rate equals the number of products you will sell.

7. Revenue— take the number of products you sell and X that by the price.

8. Profit— take the cost of goods sold and subtract that by your revenue. This gets you your profit.

This will get you to your gross profit. To get net profit simply subtract all your expenses from the gross profit. Know this may sound technical but you have to be as data-driven as you can to get to that $10k mark! Hope this helps!
