Yanwen Logistics with CJ Ordinary very slow ??

Hello,

Since the beginning of January, I have noticed that a lot of my orders in CJ Ordinary are sent with Yanwen Logistics and this worries me greatly because he seems to be a very bad carrier. In the tracking, i get a tracking number from the French post but it never works, and so we do not know where our packages are.

Has anyone had any experiences with Yanwen Logistics? I send to France and I am afraid that my customers will not receive their package for a long time when everything was going well first.

When I see the reviews on Google it scares me even more ...
