NOT ABLE TO ACCESS SHIPPING INFO ON PHONE CJ APP

I used to be able to get shipping app number from app and add to my order on WordPress right on my phone, not anymore, I guess app has been updated and I am not able to access it. When I click on tracking info it actually shows up for like few seconds and than it disappears and says no tracking information available. I am able to do it on the computer but not on the phone
