Having issues adding products to my Etsy store.

For the past few weeks I have been unable to add products to my Etsy store.

It started with receiving a message about upgrading to API version 3. CJ gave me the steps to revoke on Etsy; reactivate on CJ; grant access to Etsy and it should work.  Tried this 4 different times, rebooted, restarted, no success.

Anyone else with this issue and how did you resolve it?

BTW; no problem syncing orders to pay and have shipped orders shipped to customers.
