Our team is young, energetic, and eager to learn. Early in your career, it’s natural to hesitate when a client asks something you haven’t dealt with before. You may have ideas, but not yet the experience to feel confident sharing them.

This is where AI can help. Use it to explore unfamiliar topics, fill gaps in your knowledge, and prepare yourself better. Then bring your own understanding and judgment into the conversation. Every question is another chance to learn. 🌱

I encouraged everyone to build both confidence and professional knowledge. When you understand the client’s business and the options available, you can speak openly, explain your thinking, and negotiate with confidence. That confidence helps the client feel comfortable too. 🤝

At CJ, we need to keep deepening our expertise in sourcing, fulfillment, logistics, and the challenges our clients face. The more we understand our work, the better we can guide AI, evaluate its answers, and turn information into useful solutions.

Let AI handle more of the basic execution work. Use the time we gain to listen more carefully, solve more difficult problems, and give our clients better support. That is how we build a stronger service system and make each person’s contribution more valuable.
