Bad experience with CJ

I have bad experience with CJ, one I buy direct from CJ for myself and I paid, but I didn't not received the items. Second experience I buy item and they CJ dend5 direct to my customer, but the item lost in the way, no any update from DHL or from CJ. could you please refund money for both issues?
