EBay and CJPacket

Hello, my fellow drop shippers,

I'd like to clarify a few things with CJPacket shipping method.

Right now, I have multiple tracking numbers that aren't recognized by eBay. Some were already delivered and some are still in transit.

On seller hub, under " Tracking uploaded on time and Validated" few items are untrackable, therefore, resulted to bad Seller level metric.

Here's what I did:

When I upload a tracking number on eBay and select a carrier. CJPacket is nowhere to be found, so what I did was just typing in the word CJPacket under the carrier dropdown menu. 

As a result. eBay doesn't recognize( no carrier scan) or unable to track such tracking number and would eventually hit my metrics.

Please let me know what should I do to avoid this.
