Why CJ support cannot act fast??!!!!!!!

Frankly, not happy at all with the support. They can’t solve basic problem. Always you have to wait.
2 times they source the wrong product and when I try to reach out to support. They cannot do anything and tooooooooooo slow. Just check out and I find that they shipped the wrong products even thought I reached back and opened a dispute yesterday. Don’t know how I’m gonna deal with this.
Sorry for being negative but I have been patient since day one and now cannot anymore
