Authorization

I'm new to dropshipping & this application (CJ Dropshipping). I've been trying to authorize my Ebay account. Which i've read the accounts have to be identical to one another. Which they are. But everytime i try authorize it loads a "error description" page. With your help i'd like to solve this issue. tia.
