⏰ 9 days to go until CJEC Guangzhou 2026! 🇨🇳

One thing I’ve learned from working with entrepreneurs: finding an opportunity is exciting. Understanding how to make it work for your business takes a different kind of effort.

A product catches your attention. Then come the questions: Does it fit your customers? Can the supplier maintain consistent quality? How will you handle fulfillment as orders grow? These are the details that deserve time and a proper conversation. 💡

If you’re visiting the Canton Fair, I recommend keeping October 29–30 for CJEC. Bring the ideas you’re considering and the questions you haven’t answered yet. It’s a chance to think them through with sellers, suppliers, and people who understand the work involved.

For the first time, we’re holding CJEC at our own Guangzhou office. I’m especially happy that you’ll be able to see where our colleagues work and get to know the people supporting your business. Being on our home ground gives our team more opportunities to listen, explain, and help you explore what’s possible. 🤝

My suggestion: come with one challenge you want to make progress on. It could be choosing a supplier, preparing for growth, or deciding which idea deserves your attention. Having a clear question can make the sharing and conversations much more useful.

And share your own experience, too. Something you’ve already figured out might be exactly what another entrepreneur needs to hear. I’ve always valued that willingness to help each other. It’s how a business community becomes stronger. 🌱

You don’t have to leave with every decision made. Even a clearer priority, a useful contact, or a practical next step can make the trip worthwhile.

If you have time for both days, use it to follow up on the conversations that matter to you. I hope you return home ready to put what you’ve learned into action. 🚀
